Based in Chicago, you will partner with HR, Operations and business leaders to build proactive hiring strategies across multiple plant locations. You will develop talent pipelines for hourly roles, analyze recruiting metrics, and advise managers on labor market insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle Talent Acquisition, preferably supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience managing recruiting across multiple business units or locations.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills.
• Experience using recruiting metrics to drive hiring decisions.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems (Workday, Eightfold or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned manufacturing business units and plant locations.
• Partner with HR and Operations leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with workforce planning.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades, and critical operations roles.
• Provide labor market insights, recruiting recommendations, and interview best practices to hiring managers.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and report on hiring performance, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal and external recruiting partners to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
• Support strategic talent initiatives including military recruiting and early career programs.
