Qualifications

• 1-2 years HR experience in a corporate or plant environment.
• Ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels, including executives.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• High level computer skills including databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Flexible and innovative in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience supporting recruiting and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Staffing Partner with HRBP and plant leadership to assess staffing needs and maintain plant staffing levels.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with supervisors and plant leadership.
• Coordinate the new-hire onboarding process from hire through orientation and placement.
• Coordinate and lead new-hire and temporary employee orientation.
• Work with Training Coordinator to ensure onboarding and training completion.
• Ensure new employees receive required facility, scheduling, and system information.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate, employee, and business information.
• Coordinate temporary employee placement and schedule; manage conversions to full-time.
