Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking an onsite Human Resources Generalist at the Avon Plant to shape and execute bold people strategies for our manufacturing site. You will work closely with leadership to develop talent, manage employee relations, and drive culture transformation across a 240-employee union manufacturing environment.

You will champion HR processes, partner with Talent Acquisition for onsite hiring, and leverage data to inform decisions while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing environment (preferably union site).
• Strong business sense, project management, and proficiency in workplace technology and systems (e.g., Workday, MS Office).
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and other key customers using data and insights.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leading change through others.
• Adaptability – maintain effectiveness amid shifting priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process mastery: communicate and execute critical HR processes such as workforce planning, compensation, organizational effectiveness, process improvement, staffing partnership, and development opportunities.
• Talent partner: support staffing plans and partner with talent acquisition for onsite hiring initiatives.
• Culture catalyst: embody Kraft Heinz’s mission, values, and initiatives, supporting change and transformation for the facility.
• Engagement dynamo: build relationships with employees, advocating for enrichment, engagement, and development.
• Compliance guardian: ensure compliant application of HR systems, policies, and programs with federal and state laws.
• Analytics guru: use data to inform business and talent decisions and drive KPI achievement.
• Strategic visionary: analyze business challenges and help craft solutions.
• TPM powerhouse: support the People Pillar of TPM and drive continuous improvement.
• Employee relations: manage investigations, resolutions, and employee inquiries.
