Kraft Heinz in Fremont is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist to drive people initiatives at a 400-employee union manufacturing site. Onsite Monday–Friday, you’ll partner with leadership to shape talent pipelines, manage staffing, and advance culture and TPM improvement.

You’ll lead relations with employees, ensure policy compliance, and use data to guide decisions, while supporting site leadership through change management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience supporting hourly employees in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong business acumen, project management, and proficiency with HR systems (Workday, Dayforce, Indeavor, MS Office).
• Effective communication with leadership; ability to influence through data and insights.
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead change.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and multitask.

Sr. Human Resources Generalist - Onsite Manufacturing

supporting our Fremont manufacturing location, you'll drive people initiatives to shape & execute bold people strategies.

Your Mission

Champion people development, revolutionize talent pipelines, optimize organizational efficiency, and lead dramatic change management efforts. This high-impact Sr. HR Generalist position is laser-focused on driving cultural transformation to crush goals related to people initiatives, employee relations, and supporting site leadership. The Fremont site employs approximately 400 employees in a Union Manufacturing location and is a high visibility site with a large employee population that produces Ketchup and supports an hourly workforce onsite.

This position requires an Onsite Presence Monday-Friday and will include some work outside of first shift operating hours. This is a 24/7 Manufacturing Site.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+Years of Experiencein HR supporting hourly employees and cross functional partners within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong eye for business, project management, and technicalproficiencyin workplace technology and systems (eg.Workday, Dayforce, Indeavor,MS Office Suite,etc)
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and other key customers influencing through data and insights
• Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
• Stronganalytical andproblem-solvingskills, leadingchangethrough others.
• Adaptability – Maintaining effectiveness in the face of changing priorities and tasks,and the abilityto manage multiple assignments.

New Hire Base Salary Range

$77,800.00 - $97,300.00

Bonus

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
