Job summary

SwipeJobs is hiring a Recruiter to drive growth in the Maryland market, focusing on staffing for warehouse facilities, recruiting, onboarding, and coordinating new hire orientations to ensure smooth starts.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, has prior recruiting experience, is highly organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS is a plus; you will serve as a point of contact for HR in the Jessup branch.
