Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Managed IT Services Consultant to support the Los Angeles Regional Interoperable Communications System (LA-RICS) environment in Monterey Park, CA. This onsite, 37-month assignment requires hands-on management of a diverse IT stack and strong service delivery to about 30 users.

Responsibilities include help desk support, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, device management, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, asset management, and strategic technology

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in the last 5 years supporting Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cloud platforms.
• Must have strong Windows and Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity operations, endpoint management, help desk support, and SharePoint administration.
• Experience supporting hybrid and cloud-based environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive managed IT services for the LA-RICS environment.
• Serve as the primary IT support resource for ~30 users with help desk support, M365 administration, cybersecurity, device management, system monitoring, and backup/disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with LA-RICS staff, Contract Manager, and LASD IT to maintain secure, reliable systems and meet SLAs.
