Job summary

Rincon Consultants, Inc. is hiring an IT Operations Analyst to provide frontline support and daily admin for the firm’s end-user computing and Microsoft environment.

The role covers helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, device and license administration, and governance validation to keep the environment organized, secure, and productive. The position supports hybrid work and may require proximity to one of several Rincon offices, with a preference for Sacramento or Carlsbad.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT support or IT operations in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 helpdesk support for hardware, software, access, collaboration, and productivity issues.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding tasks including account setup and deprovisioning coordination.
• Administer routine Microsoft 365 requests such as licensing and shared mailboxes.
• Document support procedures and contribute to knowledge base content.
