Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
• 5+ years direct experience supporting or delivering cybersecurity projects and programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, often 10+ initiatives at once.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant Cybersecurity certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cybersecurity projects and programs simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation and operational transition.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource requirements, success metrics.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, governance processes, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while aligning with security objectives.
• Partner closely with cybersecurity leadership, security engineering teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Coordinate work across teams to ensure prioritization and resource utilization.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications.
