Job summary

Clearly Filtered, Inc. is seeking an IT Manager to own end-user support, device and systems management, IT security, and employee training. This onsite/hybrid role is based in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, with 4 days onsite per week.

The candidate will manage hardware lifecycle, software platforms, and access control while partnering with the Data & Technology team on architecture needs. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Hands-on Mac hardware and software support experience.
• Experience managing Google Workspace including permissions, services, and DNS.
• Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms such as Monday.com or Shopify.
• Familiarity with physical networking infrastructure including cabling and AP placement.
• MDM platforms for device management and endpoint security.
• Knowledge of IT security principles, data protection, and access control.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage device lifecycle from provisioning to offboarding.
• Administer company software platforms including user provisioning and access management.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory and licenses.
• Develop, implement, and enforce IT security policies and training.
• Deliver IT onboarding and create IT knowledge resources.
• Lead annual security awareness training for the company.
