KNAPP North America is looking for a Resident Maintenance Technician in Lancaster, Texas. The role requires providing electrical and mechanical expertise while ensuring optimal equipment efficiency. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining automation systems, responding to customer emergencies, and training maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering, 3 to 8 years of experience, and strong problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and a safety-conscious approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 - 8 years of verifiable experience as a Maintenance Repairman.
• Experience in providing repairs on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rectify electro-mechanical faults as a support technician.
• Respond to emergency calls on Customer sites.
• Train customer’s maintenance team as required.
• Maintain quality of service by ensuring effective communication.
