KNAPP North America is seeking a Resident Maintenance Technician Team Lead to provide electrical and mechanical expertise for automated warehouse systems in Orlando. You will lead a team, troubleshoot electro‑mechanical faults, and coordinate with customer sites to maximize equipment utilization and uptime.

The role requires PLC and automation knowledge, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to train customer maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of verifiable progressive maintenance experience.
• Experience repairing electro‑mechanical and automated equipment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rectify electro‑mechanical faults and PLC issues.
• Respond to emergency calls and provide timely maintenance.
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure first‑time right repairs.
• Set up and calibrate automated equipment.
• Maintain safety procedures and document reports.
