Job summary

BH Management is seeking a Service Technician III to assist with maintenance, repairs, and make-readies for apartment communities. You will handle HVAC and appliance repairs, maintain tools and inventories, and support safety and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires a minimum of three years of progressive maintenance experience, OSHA awareness, and the ability to work independently with on-site property teams. This is a full-time on-site position with on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type I/II or Universal certification required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Must provide own industry-specific hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and prioritize tasks per company standards.
• Perform general maintenance, HVAC repair, appliance repair, and make-readies as needed.
• Identify and report hazards to management and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and inventory management.
