Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise maintenance, repair, and make-readies for apartments.
• Respond to service requests and ensure safe, compliant work.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and operate within OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating on-call maintenance and safety programs.
