Job summary

You will respond to service requests, conduct HVAC and appliance repairs, monitor inventory, and maintain safety compliance while collaborating with the Service Manager and team to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of progressive maintenance and safety experience.
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to use industry-specific technology.
• Regularly performs manual, task-oriented work under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and prioritize repairs within company standards.
• Perform maintenance, HVAC and appliance repairs, and make-readies for units.
• Identify hazards and report to management; ensure safety compliance; maintain tools and equipment.
