Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for the Mira property in Raleigh, NC. You will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure building, grounds, amenities meet standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, managing make-ready tasks, inventory control, documenting requests, and assisting with grounds maintenance. On-call evenings/weekends may be required, and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work flexible schedule including on-call.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Tracks inventory, requests re-orders, and maintains documentation for service requests.
• Assists in grounds maintenance and general cleaning of common areas and amenities.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts where possible.
