Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical work at North Oaks Landing in Raleigh, NC, ensuring buildings meet safety and functionality standards.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making repairs, prepping units for leasing, maintaining grounds, and coordinating with vendors as needed. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required. On-site with rotating on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certification types required (Type 1/II or Universal).
• All state/local certifications as required by jurisdiction.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes service orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Prepares vacant units, inspects, and coordinates punch list items.
• Tracks inventory and communicates re-order needs to maintenance supervisor.
• Documents work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.

Education

EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant recycling

State & Local certifications as required

Driver's license for golf cart on property
