Abode seeks a Maintenance Tech I for our Resetar program in Watsonville, CA. The role centers on on-site maintenance, turnovers, and preventive work across a supportive housing facility, with after-hours on-call rotation.

You’ll coordinate with vendors, ensure safety standards, and document work orders daily. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of unit turnover or residential maintenance experience, and a valid CA driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years’ experience in unit turnover or residential maintenance.
• Valid California driver’s license with current auto insurance and clean DMV record.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance and preventive tasks at a supportive housing facility.
• Coordinate with janitorial staff for unit turnovers and repairs.
• Respond to after-hours emergency calls during on-call rotation.
• Record work orders and maintain inventory of department items.
• Ensure safety standards and quality control during repairs.
