Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Technician to maintain high-rise property standards, including cleaning, grounds upkeep, and preventive maintenance. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and assist in making ready units for leasing while coordinating with vendors.

A flexible schedule, weekend/on-call rotation, and safety training are required. Responsibilities include tracking inventory, completing work orders, and supporting cost-control by using parts efficiently.

Qualifications

• Performs maintenance to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of buildings and common areas.
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinates with vendors.
• Maintains inventory, procurement, and documentation for work orders.
• Follows safety policies and OSHA training requirements.
