Qualifications

• Must have EPA refrigerant certification (Type 1/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license required to operate on-site vehicles/equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair building systems and perform preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to ensure safety and functionality.
• Execute make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors.
• Track inventory, supplies, and equipment; document work performed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist in upkeep as needed.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing parts rather than replacing when feasible.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA requirements and document incidents.
