Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain physical aspects of properties, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality. Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 9am-6pm; 3-5 years of maintenance experience required with high rise and Yardi preferred.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready processes, inventory management, documentation, and assisting in routine inspections.

Formación

• 3-5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• High rise and Yardi experience preferred.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Makes-ready to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and move-ins.
• Tracks inventory and coordinates materials, supplies, and tools.
• Documents and files service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and assists in cost-control by using parts wisely.
• Inspects work by contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards.
