Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
• Reliable transportation to respond to emergency requests.
• Comfort with physical activity and moving heavy equipment.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist teammates.
• Complete apartment turns to ready units for move-in.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot/repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
• May train other technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor management and move‑in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary with team skill and season.
