AIR Communities is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for The Hartley #5 in Atlanta, GA. This full-time, on-site role supports the Maintenance department, resolving service requests and performing routine upkeep to ensure resident satisfaction.

Eligible candidates have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in two trades. The package includes bonuses, rent discount, on-site housing option, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow process for basic apartment turns to ready units for next resident.
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• Assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
