Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the YOUnion at Fayetteville property in Springdale, AR to support maintenance operations under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks, pool care, and daily records.

A High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements are required.
