Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the property maintenance program including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic work. You will respond to requests, assist with make-ready tasks, pool maintenance, and daily grounds upkeep, while maintaining safety and logs.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety regulations. On-site coverage and on-call duties are part of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Maintain swimming pool maintenance and keep accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with inventory and make-ready tasks and with on-call emergencies.
