Maymont Homes in Charleston, SC is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to preserve the community's safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform routine repairs, and coordinate with residents and teams to uphold high service standards.

This role requires hands-on skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and general upkeep. Strong customer service, the ability to work independently, and a valid driver's license are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in residential or property management.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently while minimizing disruption to residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests.
• Act as onsite maintenance representative for the community; support training compliance and operations.
