Job summary

Maymont Homes is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity, safety, and appearance of our Build-to-Rent communities. You will handle routine maintenance, inspections, and responsive service to ensure a clean and secure living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced residential setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience required.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently while minimizing disruption to residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests.
• Act as the onsite maintenance representative for assigned properties and support residents and teams.
