Lifestyle Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician II for our North Charleston, SC community. This on-site, full-time role supports a luxury apartment environment, performing routine maintenance, safety checks, and occasional capital improvements.

Ideal candidates have HVAC certification, EPA 608, OSHA 10, and 2+ years of residential maintenance experience, with strong time management and customer service skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate maintenance vehicles required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and HVAC certification.
• EPA 608 and OSHA 10 certifications preferred; further training available.
• Residential apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident work orders and service requests promptly to ensure high resident satisfaction.
• Assists with upkeep of grounds, clubhouses, buildings, pools and common areas to meet quality standards.
• Cleans work area and uses tools and equipment safely according to safety standards.
• Supports capital improvements and site initiatives with the regional maintenance team.
• Handles emergency service calls on a rotational basis and performs seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
