Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Prior maintenance experience in residential or property management preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and general systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, minimizing disruption to residents.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency maintenance requests.
• Serve as onsite contact for residents and coordinate with teams to resolve requests.
