Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of residential maintenance or related field experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with mobile technology and work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance across assigned properties.
• Diagnose and complete repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general home systems.
• Complete and document work orders using company-issued mobile devices.
• Coordinate with dispatch, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies for daily maintenance activities.
• Support resident readiness by assisting with renovations and quality control checks.
• Provide high level of customer service as the primary field representative.
