Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Complete apartment turns to prepare units for new move-ins.
• Perform resident-reported repairs and routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances).
• May train other Maintenance Technicians and support skill development.
• May assist with vendor quality and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Responsibilities vary with team needs and seasonal demands.
