Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a community. You will oversee service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while working with the Community Manager.

You'll supervise staff and vendors, coordinate work orders, manage inventory, and ensure unit and common area upkeep. The role requires on-site presence, strong organization, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities
