Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Duluth, GA to oversee all maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and staff supervision. You will work with the Community Manager to manage vendors, schedule make-readies, and ensure safety and compliance across the property.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely make-ready and repairs.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and manage budget adherence.
