Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Oklahoma City to lead daily maintenance operations across the community. You will supervise staff and vendors, manage service requests, and maintain safety standards under the Community Manager’s guidance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing. You will participate in on-call emergencies and help manage the property’s upkeep and resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage maintenance operations for the community and coordinate service requests and work orders.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors alongside the Community Manager.
• Attend on-call emergencies and respond promptly to incidents.
• Oversee preventative maintenance program and safety compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Monitor inventory and procure maintenance supplies within budget.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily to identify hazards and ensure repairs.
• Direct and train maintenance staff; ensure quality workmanship and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, inspections, and make-ready status.
• Plan and allocate resources for repairs, replacements, and projects.
• Ensure resident relations and respond to resident concerns professionally.
• Support the Community Manager in annual performance evaluations and coaching.
