Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Frisco, TX to lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and coordinate vendor activities. The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, and customer service to preserve property value and resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have an on-site presence, a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA/CPO certification, and basic computer skills. HVAC knowledge is a plus, with growth opportunities within a fast-growing multifamily

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA and CPO certification are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Manage on-site staff and vendor coordination.
• Inspect grounds and property for safety hazards.
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence.
• Plan preventive maintenance programs.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA compliance records.
• Coordinate make-ready and unit inspections.
