Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance operations across our community portfolio. You will oversee service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination under the guidance of the Community Manager, ensuring safety standards and high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, planning preventive programs, maintaining records, and supporting on-call coverage.
