Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Johnson City, TN property. You will supervise daily maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure safety and efficiency across building systems and grounds.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with EPA Type II certification. Strong communication and tech skills are essential, and carbon literacy is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in residential properties.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Type II certification.
• Pool maintenance certification preferred by local regulation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with technology and online systems; carbon literacy training encouraged.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for the property, including building systems, grounds, and resident spaces.
• Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality completion of work orders and preventative tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, equipment and grounds for safety and operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate updates with property leadership.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and structural systems.
• Ensure resident service requests are addressed promptly to support a positive experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracted services, supply ordering and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules; monitor productivity and labor costs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call duties.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensure proper usage and OSHA compliance.
• Lead safety programs, training, MSDS and compliance records.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training and performance management of staff.
