Yugo USA LLC. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily operations for a student housing community. You will oversee building systems, grounds and resident spaces, ensuring timely completion of work orders and preventative maintenance while enforcing safety standards.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you will manage a maintenance team, coordinate with vendors, and control inventory. The role requires hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and a proven

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in property maintenance including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in residential properties or related operations.
• EPA Type II certification required; pool maintenance certification preferred by local regulation.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for the property including building systems, grounds and resident spaces.
• Lead and support maintenance team to complete work orders and preventive maintenance on time.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas and equipment for safety and operations.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and provide updates to property leadership.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and structural systems.
• Ensure resident service requests are handled promptly to maintain a positive experience.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracted services, supply orders and inventory control.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules while monitoring productivity and labor costs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in on-call after-hours support as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Lead safety programs, trainings and keep MSDS/compliance records up to date.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training and performance management of staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing regulations and applicable laws.
• Support curb appeal with clean, safe community spaces.
• Perform physical activities required for maintenance tasks in varied environments.
