Job summary

Yugo is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the property maintenance team at Northgate Lakes. You’ll oversee building systems, safety, scheduling, and preventative maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, and well‑functioning community for residents.

Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, you’ll manage repairs, vendor relationships, and on‑call coverage, while guiding staff through onboarding, training, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• EPA Type II certification required; pool maintenance certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to manage a team.
• Proficient with online systems and technology used in maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for the property, including building systems and grounds.
• Lead and support team to complete work orders and preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Inspect apartments and common areas for safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate activities and communicate updates with property leadership.
• Oversee plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliance repairs; manage on-call support.
