Job summary

Yugo Eugene Skybox & Courtside is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations, lead a team, and ensure safe, well-maintained living spaces for residents. You will manage building systems, safety compliance, and vendor coordination to support a vibrant student community.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA Type II certification, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in residential settings; strong communication and tech skills are

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience, preferably in residential properties.
• EPA Type II certification or higher is required.
• Pool maintenance certification is preferred where local regulation requires it.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations for the property, including building systems, grounds, and resident spaces.
• Lead and support the maintenance team to ensure timely, high-quality work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, equipment and grounds to maintain safety and standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate updates with property leadership.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and structural systems.
• Ensure timely response to resident service requests and maintain a positive experience.
