Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its Ogden, UT community. You will oversee and perform mechanical work, respond to resident service requests, and ensure the property meets Greystar standards for safety and appearance.

You will manage make-ready tasks, coordinate vendors, inspect work, and support budget and safety initiatives, including OSHA compliance and regular safety meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools unless prohibited by State law; safe use of tools.
• Strong problem solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
• Experience with safety regulations and OSHA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assists and completes work orders for residents and routine upkeep.
• Oversees make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinates vendors.
• Develops standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds and common areas.
• Inspects work by staff and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Assists in budgeting for repairs and capital projects.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures OSHA compliance.
