Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead and execute the technical, mechanical, and maintenance operations across the community. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate service requests, and uphold safety and quality standards to deliver a superior living experience.

You will manage make-ready processes for vacant homes, inspect work, schedule vendors, maintain parts inventory, and conduct regular safety meetings in line with OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance staff and coordinating service requests.
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair building systems.
• Experience with make-ready processes for leasing.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and code requirements.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
