Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at Millpond in American Fork, UT. The role ensures buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar standards in cleanliness, safety, and functionality, while managing work orders and coordinating vendors.

You will lead a team, inspect contractor work, and assist in budgeting and preventative maintenance. EPA certifications and HVAC knowledge are preferred for this onsite position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Own hand tools and knowledge of safe use of tools and equipment.
• Good customer service and communication with residents and team.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and to follow policies.
• Experience with basic computer programs and records management.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and diagnose work orders from residents for maintenance tasks.
• Manage make-ready process for vacant homes and coordinate vendors.
• Inspect grounds, exteriors, interiors, and common areas for upkeep and safety.
• Review and inspect work by technicians and contractors for quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools and assist with budget and cost control.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and stay current on OSHA requirements.
