Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff activities and scheduling for on-site teams.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Promote safety training and enforce OSHA guidelines.
• Answer on-call emergencies and provide quick, effective responses.
