Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations at our communities, supervising staff and vendors to ensure service requests and preventive maintenance are completed safely and efficiently.

You will work with the Community Manager, manage inventory and budgets, perform inspections, and respond to on-call emergencies while upholding OSHA standards and Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and staff performance.
• Coordinate requests and work orders; ensure clean, safe property.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Assist with vendor management and budgeting.
• Handle on-call emergencies and customer relations.

Education
