Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at the community in Denver. You will manage maintenance staff and vendors, ensuring service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety standards are met.

The role requires strong coordination of resources, daily onsite attendance, and adherence to budget guidelines, with focus on resident satisfaction and property safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventive maintenance.
• Supervise staff and vendors; ensure safety standards.
• Plan and manage budgets for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate on-call emergency responses and respond to resident requests.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify hazards.
