Asset Living is a fast-growing real estate management firm providing value across the US. We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our community, coordinate staff, manage safety standards, and ensure timely service to residents.

The role involves daily on-site tasks, budgeting for supplies, and participation in on-call emergencies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings daily for hazards.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget.
• Supervise maintenance staff and train on safety and OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
