Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee maintenance and make-ready operations at the Aurora/Greenwood Village community. You will diagnose resident requests, perform repairs, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

The role includes coordinating vendors, inspecting work, and supporting the budget for repairs and capital projects. You will lead a team, maintain inventory, and uphold Greystar's commitment to premier resident service and property care, with a schedule

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Experience in property management maintenance or related trade preferred.
EPA Type I/II or Universal certifications may be required for HVAC work.

Responsibilities

Oversee and complete work orders from residents, diagnosing issues and performing repairs per policy and safety standards.
Manage make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, punch lists, scheduling vendors, and obtaining supplies.
Ensure cleanliness and appearance of the community, grounds, and common areas to Greystar standards.
Monitor contractor work, enforce quality, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Assist in budgeting for repairs, maintenance, and capital projects; manage inventory within budget.
