Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at Live on Hillsborough in Knightdale, NC. The Porter will assist with cleaning, make-ready tasks, groundskeeping, and daily maintenance under supervision.

The role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with on-site software, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a safety-conscious, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and daily on-site duties as outlined by supervisor.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain grounds, make-ready units, and common areas.
• Perform daily pool maintenance and chemical logs as required.
• Uphold safety standards and OSHA guidelines across tasks.
• Support in unit inspections and report compliance issues.
• Provide quality customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
