Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across its communities. The role covers routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under supervision, including make-readies and on-call responses while upholding safety and quality standards.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Strong communication with residents and teams is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program and safety practices.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents and staff.
