Job summary

Asset Living in Cayce, SC, is seeking a Porter to support our community maintenance team at Roost, The. This on-site role requires daily grounds and common area upkeep, make-ready unit preparation, and prompt response to resident requests.

You will perform pool and exterior upkeep, maintain logs, and follow safety standards (OSHA). A High School Diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills are required; knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and grounds upkeep daily.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform make-ready unit prep and maintain common areas.
• Inspect and secure hazardous conditions; enforce safety standards.
• Maintain pool area and log chemical records.
• Stock and organize maintenance shop; assist supervisor.
• Support supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
